Agri Machinery distribution/manufacturing – Southouse Zambia

The last 18 months of Covid have been difficult but fortunately have not seriously impacted on the Mkushi business.

However customer demand for new equipment has been extremely poor and the business sustained only on R&M

Fortunately the dams all filled and commodity prices have risen sharply, all of which should ultimately feed into the machinery demand market.  2021/2 have seen a real improvement with sales in the period the highest since 2015/6

In late 2019 this project was put on hold pending economic and other considerations, including investment appetite for Zambia. The Environmental Impact Assessment, half completed, was also suspended at the time

In the light of what we now consider to be a more attractive commercial environment we have now re opened the project.

Currently we are seeking a partner to develop the proposed solar power plant and are also wanting to start a conversation with any party interested in working with CRMG on the local social support programme .
